Where a dispute arises with a supplier, this is sent to the finance team who seek to resolve the issue and where necessary consult with the procurement and or project team. Any disputes with Subcontractors are dealt with by the Project teams. In exceptional circumstances, the dispute may be referred to an executive director to resolve. Where appropriate the dispute resolution process in the contract terms and conditions will be followed.
