Any disputes between DLC and its suppliers are resolved by negotiation and are typically managed by the club general managers and club administrators. If disputes cannot be resolved in the first instance they are escalated to the Head of Procurement who shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute as soon as possible.
