Whilst our standard terms are 60 days end of month of receipt of invoice, for freelancers and small contractors, we have an exception process to set these up to pay between 14 and 30 days

At Kantar Media, vendors can email invoicestopaykm@kantar.com with a query. If it relates to a previous invoice submitted, they should note the TASK number received when they first submitted invoice, as this will help deal with queries. All tickets are stored and tracked in our helpdesk software called Service Now.
We endeavour to respond to enquiries within 2 working days.
