For all our call off contracts we utilise the NEC3 suite of contracts within these contracts there is an option for dispute avoidance which meets the requirements of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act providing for adjudication. We also add in provisions that both parties will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid disputes. If potential dispute arises we will try and resolve this amicably with the suppliers thus avoiding a formal dispute referral.
