Dispute resolution process
Discrepancies are dealt with by the business in a professional manner and are reported to the supplier at the earliest opportunity following receipt of the invoice documentation , Finance issue a GRNI and GRNC report weekly to the Supply Chain department for situations where goods may not have been received , Invoices not processed and statements are reconciled as part of the month end process - The finance office operates between the hours of 8.30am-5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am4.30pm on a Friday . The finance department are also available by email . In the event an invoice is held in dispute the Finance Manager will communicate with Suppliers with the reasons and try and find a quick and professional resolution
