Dispute resolution process

Invoices are checked against the relevant purchase order and goods receipt on entry into the accounting system. Where a material difference in price or quantity is identified, the invoice is placed on hold and treated as disputed.

The issue is referred to the relevant function, which engages with the supplier to investigate and agree the appropriate resolution, such as a corrected invoice, credit note, or other agreed adjustment.

Invoices remain on hold until the dispute is resolved. Once resolved, the invoice is released for payment in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
