Dispute resolution process

T Brown Group Limited is a strong advocate of the fair treatment of all supply chain partners. We constantly strive to improve transparency and increase certainty of payments. We are working hard to simplify internal processes and approvals to minimise any delays with payments. We work with our supply chain to agreed invoice payment terms and encourage right first-time invoicing. We provide our subcontractors with live visibility of invoice processing through the use of an online portal. T Brown Group actively seek to resolve disputes as quickly as possible through close engagement with our supply chain. In the interest of fair treatment for all supply chain partners dispute resolution is treated as a priority. Through active management of queries TBG accounts and operational teams will work directly with suppliers to support the earliest commercial resolution. Where a resolution is unable to be achieved, the matter
can be escalated to the head of the relevant division. Should the matter require further escalation it would be referred to a director of the business. Where agreement cannot be reached to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, other dispute resolution channels will be deployed such as mediation, arbitration and expert determination.
