Invoices received which cannot be processed due to errors, and/or missing/inaccurate information are passed to the relevant internal stakeholders for resolution, which would escalate to departmental heads as required. In the event that this process cannot satisfactorily resolve the dispute, the matter would subject to the dispute resolution conditions defined in the relevant agreement.​
