Were suppliers notified or consulted about these changes before they were made?

In September 2024, our standard payment terms were revised from 30 days end of month (EOM) to 60 days EOM. To ensure transparency and supplier engagement: 1) A formal notification letter was issued to our suppliers by our Managing Director, Peter Jones. 2) Suppliers who did not accept the revised 60 days EOM terms were invited to contact us directly to discuss and agree on mutually acceptable payment arrangements. This approach ensured that all suppliers were informed and had the opportunity to raise concerns or negotiate alternative terms where necessary.
