Any other information about payment terms
Whilst we endeavor to pay all suppliers within agreed terms, some invoice due dates may fall in between payment runs so the deviation outside of payment terms is usually 1 or 2 days. We have increased the frequency of payment runs to address this.
Dispute resolution process
The supplier is advised to contact a dedicated email address for all invoices and payment disputes. A member of the team will respond to emails received as soon as possible. If the query cannot be resolved this will either be escalated to the relevant department or to Senior Management for further action.
