Dispute resolution process

We have a PO system and each invoice is checked against the Purchase Order. If there is any dispute against the value, the invoice is put on hold. It is followed up by the person who placed the order. Once this has been resolved the invoice is approved and ready to be paid, or else a credit note is issued.
