Standard payment terms

Our standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. The majority of our supply chain are on these payment terms.

However we also have suppliers that are on payment terms that differ from this. eg: 7 days from date of invoice, 14 days from date of invoice, 60 days from date of invoice and 90 days from date of invoice. The shorter payment terms have been negotiated to this by the supplier in question. The 90 day payment terms is a unique case for one supplier that is based in Germany and the transit of stock to ourselves takes time.

Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period?

Were suppliers notified or consulted about these changes before they were made?

Dispute resolution process

We have a formal dispute process with our key suppliers (covering c80%) of the spend.

All other suppliers where we have a dispute we will raise with the supplier and work together to resolve in a timely manner. If any payment is witheld we make this clear as part of the dispute process.

Overall zen has three key values, one of which is "happy suppliers" where we take great pride in paying our suppliers on time and supporting when necessary where we can.
