If a dispute is received then it is reviewed by the Head of Project Management and Building Surveying along with the Building team. If any further departments are required to be included then they will at the appropriate stage. The Building team aims to come to an agreement with the contractor to resolve an issues as soon as possible. If an agreement is not received, the team will instruct external solicitors to help with achieving a satisfactory outcome, whether through negotiations, mediation and arbitration.
