From 1 April 2025, Viridor Energy Limited assumed responsibility for the procurement of services previously contracted by its subsidiaries, including VIRIDOR EFW (RUNCORN) LIMITED, reflecting a move to a centralised procurement model. Payments disclosed in this report are aligned with these revised arrangements. In future reporting periods, payments made directly by subsidiaries of Viridor Energy Limited are expected to be limited to legal agreements that remain within those entities.

VIRIDOR EFW (RUNCORN) LIMITED operates an automated invoice process. We work closely with our suppliers and aim to pay all invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Any disputes that arise are immediately brought to the attention of the dedicated Accounts Payable team and Transactional Services Manager who will engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a speedy and satisfactory resolution. Any dispute arising that is not resolved is escalated through the finance management structure and the Executive Management team member if required.
