Standard payment terms
Terms are agreed as part of contractual negotiations. Terms vary from 7 days to 60 days end of month (i.e. up to a maximum of 91 days as noted above). Standard terms are 30 days. Note, on payment statistics our two largest suppliers have been calculated using newly agreed invoicing mechanism based on payment terms of 60 days end of month. Under the previous mechanism, for six months to 30 September 2025, invoices paid in 31-60 days would have been 7%, invoices paid in 61 days or more would have been 86% and the average time to pay invoices would have been 72 days.
Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period?
We agreed extended payment terms on two occasions; end of June and end of September to beginning of July and October respectively.
Were suppliers notified or consulted about these changes before they were made?
Verbally agreed between our Managing Director and the supplier.

Dispute resolution process
The Accounts Payable team look to resolve disputes by discussing them with the relevant suppliers or subcontractors. This may escalate to the Head of Purchase to Pay and/or the relevant team/senior manager if required. Where it is not possible to reach agreement a number of dispute resolution methods such as mediation, adjudication, litigation and/or arbitration may be used.
