Standard payment terms

Terms are agreed as part of contract negotiations. Terms may vary from immediate to 60 days from end of month (i.e. up to a maximum of 91 days as noted above). Standard terms are 30 days. Note, on payment statistics our two largest suppliers have been calculated using a newly agreed invoicing mechanism based on payment terms of 60 days end of month. Under the previous mechanism, for the six month to 30 September 2025, invoice paid in 31 to 60 days would have been 25%, invoices paid in 61 days or more would have been 62% and the average time taken to pay invoices would have been 38 days.

Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period?

We agreed extended payment terms on two occasions: end of June and end of September to the beginning of July and October respectively.

Were suppliers notified or consulted about these changes before they were made?

Verbally agreed between our managing director and the supplier.
