We conduct 2 payment runs per month. One mid-month and one at end of month. Therefore, the number of invoices not paid within the agreed terms will be impacted by invoices which become due just after the cut off of the payment runs and fall in to the next run.
Dispute resolution process
If an invoice is in dispute, we will contact the supplier in question to request further detais or supporting documents. We would also inform them of the reason for us disputing the invoice. The erson that contracted with the supplier will be informed to help resolve the issue. Disputes would normally be resolved within 6 months.
