Disputes are dealt with by the AP Associate contacting the relevant buyer within the company who deals with that particular supplier. The buyer will either amend the PO or contact the supplier to resolve the issue and potentially request a credit note from the supplier if there is an agreed overcharge. The timescale will very much depend upon the type of dispute and whether the supplier agrees,
