Invoice queries - we contact the supplier by e-mail, detailing the invoice query. The reply is dealt with promptly and either resolved or escalated within the business. We also withold payments, due to rebate contractual arrangements with the suppliers. Where funds are due from the suppliers, we withold paying the supplier until we have been paid or we will suggest an off.
