Dispute resolution process

If an invoice can not be match against receipted items on the ERP system, the invoice will be placed on hold while the issue is investigated internally with Goods In and Purchasing. If this doesn't resolve the issue the vendor will be contacted and requested to investigate at their end. Once resolved, which may result in a CM, or replacement shipment etc., the invoice will be removed from hold and processed. If beyond term, then the invoice will be processed in the next payment run (bi monthly)
