Large companies and large limited liability partnerships (LLPs) may have to report on their payment terms and practices.

A large business is a company or limited liability partnership that has at least two of the following:

• £36 million in turnover
• £18 million on its balance sheet
• 250 employees

A large business must publish its reports at least twice a year.
